"Our ranch is located in Sheffield Texas, which is in Pecos and Terrell counties. Most clients fly into Midland International Airport, which is about 2 1/2 hours away or 4 hours from San Antonio. We have 2 lodges on the ranch that will accommodate up to 8 hunters each. The ranch is all low fence and there are no trophy fees. We provide all meals, guides, transportation on the ranch and care of game. Non hunters are welcome for the cost of meals and lodging. "
We have a 25,000 acre Rio Grande Turkey Hunting ranch in West Texas located approximately 20 miles NW of Ozona, Texas. The terrain is full of thick brush and cactus, rolling hills and dry creek beds (draws), making for some superb, yet challenging hunting.
Our lodge, the "Lonesome Dove", is an old 1880's farmhouse. It may not be extravagant, but it is quite comfortable and very roomy. Our Texas Turkey Hunts are all inclusive!

Texas is home to more free ranging Aoudad sheep than any other place in the world, even in their native home of North Africa. Aoudad sheep are exceptionally tough animals and will give even the best hunter a very challenging hunt.
To ensure trophy quality animals for all our hunters, we will only take 10 sheep off the ranch per year. Most sheep will score 27-30 plus inches. We prefer to take no more than 2 hunters at a time due to the spot and stalk type of hunting. Even though these animals can be hunted year round, we only conduct our hunts during the months of January, February, March, September, and October.
