Location: We hunt in central to northern Alberta with
the terrain varying depending on the game being hunted.
Offering: We offer quality waterfowl, white-tailed
deer,
moose and black bear hunts. Our goal is to provide you the
hunter with your hunting adventure of a lifetime. We specialize
in working with you to fulfill your hunting dream.
Whether it is the large Canadian Geese or the fast flying Mallards
that will give any hunter a challenge, we have the hunt for you.
You may also have a chance to harvest one or more speckle belly
geese, snow geese or pintail ducks. We use professional dogs for
the retrieval of our birds on most of our hunts.
Accommodations: We specialize in making you as
comfortable as possible. Our accommodations directly depend on
the adventure you select. Our waterfowl hunts typically utilize
a local hotel or bed and breakfast and our big game hunts may
use a variety of both depending on location. All of our trips
are all inclusive and personalized.

Location: Trophy Black Bear hunts are ran 4.5 hours north of
Edmonton in Alberta's Stoney mountains. We have over 3000 sq miles to
conduct our hunts. This area is all exclusive to our clients, and no other
outfitters in this area. This gives us the edge in providing trophy class bear
hunting.
Offering: Alberta Trophy Black Bear hunts. Burnt Lake
Outfitters only uses Alberta's top areas to conduct our hunts. Black Bear reach
over 7ft and 500lbs in our area with all kinds of colour phase bears. Whitetail
Bowhunts are also conducted in Alberta's #1 whitetail area in Alberta where many
outdoors shows produce their videos in this area. Mule deer rut hunts are also
run out of this area where quality stays extremely high. All hunts are sold as
packages, there are no hidden costs. Hunting license, tags are all included in
our package price.
Accommodations:
We offer lodging, meals,
stands, trophy care, transportation from Edmonton to camp and back,
transportation during hunt, licensed guide, access to exclusive taxidermist. We
have 2 lodges for Whitetail and Mule Deer hunts, Black Bear camp is more remote
and wall tents are used.

Location: We have 2 locations - Northern Alberta
in the Peace River Region (1600 square miles) and Southern Alberta near Calgary
(2500 square miles).
Offering: We have been providing quality whitetail deer hunts, mule
deer hunts and moose hunts in Alberta since 1980. Our goal is to offer our

moose habitat along creeks and willow bogs and sometimes in the alfalfa fields

Location: La Crete, Alberta in Northern Alberta.
Most fly into Edmonton or Grande Prairie and drive to La Crete.
Offering: Spring & Fall Black Bear Hunts, Fall Moose Hunts.
Bear hunts are conducted daily from the base camp by four wheel drive to
the river and then by boat. Bait stations with tree stands are used.
Spot and stalk hunts are also available if desired. The season runs from
mid-May through mid-June.
The bears in our area come in various color phases, ranging from blond
to chocolate brown and black. Bears have been taken in the last couple
of years ranging in skull size from 18" to 20 6/8". (NOTE: This is a 2
bear area.)
The moose hunt has a brand new lodge complete with hot showers. Four & six wheel drive vehicles are used
to and from camp. The season runs from mid-September through
mid-October. These dates coincide with the moose calling season.
The moose range in size from 30" spread to 55" with an occasional one
going to 60" or better.
Accommodations: We have just completed construction on
our new remote Moose hunting lodge. Our Bear base camp is a 55 ft.
trailer unit complete with gas heat. Hot showers, delicious meals,
generated electricity - All our hunts are All Inclusive - no
hidden costs. Includes Hunting Licenses, Transportation from
airport and while hunting, meals, lodging, guiding, game recovery and
capeing. There is a 5% GST cost on all hunts and a $500
charge for a second bear if desired.

Location:
Northern Alberta, near La crete (15 min drive) High Level (1 hr
drive) Manning (3 hr drive) and Peace River (4 hr drive) to hunting
camp. Most people fly to Edmonton International Airport and
from there they fly to High Level Airport with Central Mountain Air.
Some choose to rent a vehicle in Edmonton and drive up.
Offering:
Moose, Black Bear and Bison hunts - As seasoned bowhunters,
co-owners Ben & John are now bringing their experience and knowledge
to the hunting industry with Birch Meadow Outfitting.
Bison Hunts - We offer both wild and domestic
Bison (Buffalo) hunts.
Moose Hunts - We'll start out on ATV heading 20km
into the forest of the Buffalo Head Hills, we'll be also be using
four and six wheel drive vehicles to and from our campsite. We'll be
tenting overnight and using our extensive hunting history to guide
you through the terrain. Local moose range in size from young bulls
to 60" spread.
Spring & Fall Bear Hunts - We'll be using bait
stations with tree stands. Spot and stalk hunts are also available
upon request. Come out with us during the spring, from mid-May
through mid-June, or during the fall through the month of September.
Bears in our area come in various color phases, from blonde to
chocolate blonde, or dark black. Skull sizes also vary, but easily
range from 18" to 21". Please note that this is a 2 bear area.
