Ross Hammock Ranch - Florida Hunting PreserveRoss Hammock Ranch (RHR) is a large (13 Mile border) private ranch that is conveniently located on Florida’s Nature Coast. It is just over a 1 hour car ride North of the Tampa/St. Petersburg area and less than a two hour car ride North West of the Orlando, and Disney area. RHR is Florida’s crown jewel for hunting, fishing, and outdoor enthusiasts!

 

All hunts are conducted on private hunting land and hunting license is included.

 

RHR offers native game such as Whitetail Deer, Wild Hogs, and Osceola Turkey. Also many species of exotic game such as Sika, Axis, Fallow and Red Deer;  Water Buffalo and Bison; Elk and Red Stag, Exotic Rams and Goats – much more!

Hunting Methods at RHR

Deer Hunting at Ross Hammock RanchAt Ross Hammock Ranch we either Spot and Stalk or hunt from stands. We provide hunting dogs for wild boar hunting upon your request.

 

Native game hunts are not guaranteed – Whitetail Deer and Turkey – but other game is a pay-per-harvest system.

The Gulf of Mexico offers a wide array of fishing opportunities ranging from Tarpon and Red Snapper to Grouper and Shark! And we also have freshwater fishing is local lakes. We’ve had a guest catch a Florida Bass weighing almost 18 lbs!

Jeffrey GoldbergAwesome two days. Spent my 50th hunting and having a great time. I dropped those hogs with my Remington R25 firing 308 Remington Core-Lokt 180 gr pointed soft points. From around 75 yards if you have not been out to RHR I suggest you get going. Thanks again to everyone for making our stay unforgettable.3 weeks ago   ·  1
