Wild Hog-Russian Boar Hunts
We have some of the very best hog hunting in the south.
Russian boar flourish in the ancient plantation swampland.
These hogs come from Russian Boars imported by ancestors and
released on the island generations back. This is a tough,
gamey and exciting hunt. They populate the many swamp and
river bottoms that form part of the Savannah River watershed
bordering the Island Plantation properties. |

Less Restrictive Hunts
We also have a less restrictive hunting area on over 3000 acres
of property. This area is designed for the hunter that enjoys
hunting for a trophy buck, but would also like to hunt where there
are fewer restrictions on the size buck you may harvest. Bucks must
have antlers 3 inches above the hairline and does must weigh at
least 75 pounds and can only be taken after September 15.

Our professional staff takes great pride in caring for our guests
in the Old Southern tradition. Airport and hotel pick-up
services available for a small fee. We provide the opportunity
to hunt the lowland swamps from pre-scouted stands selected by
experts that have done the work before you arrive.

Unique SC Hunting...
Our Prime Hunting Terrain has been trophy-managed for Whitetail
Deer for over 10 years. Our professional guides scout the
woodlands to locate well-traveled game trails and strategically
place climbing stands deep within the habitat. This enables
the visiting hunter to have a chance at a trophy buck that seldom
leaves the dense woods or swamp before sundown. Our services
include two hunts per day, pro guide service and transportation to
and from stands and lodging.
