We have been providing quality hunts in Alberta since 1980.  Our goal is to offer our clients and exciting, memorable hunting experience, and we will do everything we can to meet your expectations! 

We provide two types of hunts:

1. Archery & Rifle hunts for Elk in the mountains
2. Whitetail, Mule Deer and Moose hunts in the foothills of Central Alberta

Elk Hunting Alberta, Canada

• This hunt is with horses during the bugle season
• Base camp is about a 2-hour horse back ride from the trail head
• We have canvas tents with wood stoves that we eat and sleep in
• Our elk hunters will hunt both on foot and horseback
• There is a cook at base camp that provides good, fresh home-cooked meals
• The zone we hunt is WMU# 418.  This zone borders the east boundary of Banff Nationl Park.  It has a good Elk population with opportunities to take trophy bulls 6 points or larger.  The Elk in this area have the genetic potential for good horn growth at a young age.  This contributes to our high success and quality of the bulls the hunters take.  This zone is approximately 75 miles NW of Calgary in the Rocky Mts.
• Our Elk hunts are 10 days long, but we are flexible to individual needs.

Whitetail Deer, Mule Deer and Moose Hunting in Alberta

This hunt which can be individual or in combination, takes place in the foothills of Central Alberta where we live.  They are 1 week long, 6 hunting days.  Our hunters stay with us and we provide all your meals and lodging while on the hunt.

The Deer and Moose season is from November 1-30, during the rut.  We hunt both deer and moose on the 2nd growth of alfalfa fields, grain fields and along some of our creeks and streams.  The area has rolling topography with bay and grain fields scattered throughout poplar and spruce trees, providing good habitat for our deer and moose.

It has a good population of whitetail, mule deer and moose.  We recommend all our hunters come in good physical condition.  It is fair to say that our deer and moose hunts are less physically demanding than our mountain hunts. 

The Calgary International Airport is seventy miles from our home.  We will pick you up and deliver you back upon completion of the hunt.
