CCW Outfitters is located in Crittenden County Kentucky, which is just
4 miles from the Illinois Line and the Ohio River. We run an
exclusive whitetail hunting only outfit on over 5000 private acres of hardwood
timber and farmland. We are easily accessible from Paducah, KY,
Nashville, TN, Marion, KY, and Evansville, IN. Because we carefully manage the property all season, it keeps the
pressure low and the deer less jumpy. We provide supplemental protein
feeders and food plots year round along with a 130" minimum score as
part of our Trophy Management Program. We hunt from a variety
of stands, depending on the wind and deer movement. Loc-ons,
ladder stands, ground blinds and box blinds with archery windows
will be used as the guides see fit. If you prefer to use your
own climber, we have that can be suited to your needs as well. |

Kentucky Deer Hunting Lodge
First-class meals and lodging with help you relax when you are
not in the woods. Our kitchen is open 24/7 for self serve snacks and
food. All of the stone in the CCW lodge was taken from the creeks on
the property! Local Amish had made the beds and some of the other
furniture. The lodge has four private bedrooms each with its own
shower. The lodge is also set up well for couples. Enjoy a game of
billiards, or head out to the 20' lighted 3-D archery range for some
practice, day or night. For non hunting guests, CCW is located just
minutes from several Amish attractions and stores, as well as a
local mineral and mining museum.
Guides will transport you to and from stand locations, and assist
you with game recovery and capping. The kitchen is open 24/7
for self serve snacks, sandwiches, breakfast cereals, coffee and
drinks. During your free time, enjoy a
rest by the fireplace or head out to the lighted 3-D Archery Range
with tower to sharpen your skills. |

CCW Game Management
CCW Outfitters strives to manage the deer and turkey
in a manner that grows them big and mature. Hunters are taken
through a quick educational course in what to shoot and what not to
shoot. Body size, antler mass, as well as antler spread/tine length
will be considered. It is NOT our goal to focus on the inches of
antler as much as it is we would like mature 3.5yr old deer and
older to be taken. Hunter will have a chance to take some
management. bucks, and will be shown trail cam. pictures of these
deer before taken afield. Food plots, mineral licks, and
supplemental protein feeders are all part of CCW’s management.
strategy. As part of the corn belt, Crittenden Co. KY produces deer
from 180” to over 200”, and CCW is blessed to be working with such
great genetics. We are an outfitter that is for the serious trophy
hunter. There is a 130" minimum on all bucks and a cash penalty for
small bucks taken. All hunts are semi-guided. Hunters are taken to
and from stands twice a day.
