Where We Hunt: Our Lodge and Headquarters are located in the heart of the Gila National Forest in Southwestern New Mexico. We hunt statewide in New Mexico and statewide in Arizona and Sonora, Old Mexico.

I was born in New Mexico in 1960. I have been outfitting big game hunts for 25 years. Since the beginning, I have tried to focus on taking the largest animals available anywhere. We have produced some of the largest trophy animals taken in the United States, including two past New Mexico state records. So if you are looking for a fair chase hunt with probably the best guide you have ever hunted with, this is the place. Hunting Lodge: We hunt from our lodge with bunkhouse sleeping accommodations, as well as deluxe tent camps on our more remote hunts and hacienda style ranch houses in Old Mexico. Our accommodations on all of our hunts are more than adequate. Meals are prepared by an experienced cook in a clean and wholesome manner.

Hunting Lodge: H & A camps consist of either wall tents, cabins, or motels depending on your hunt. Tent camps are 10x12 wall tents with two or three hunters per tent. Each tent will have a propane heater and comfortable cots. A separate cook tent will be set up where the meals will be prepared and eaten. On our elk hunts, we have a full time cook. Western and Mexican food will make up the majority of our meals and there is always plenty to eat. Hot showers will be available at the tent camps.

New Mexico Hunts Offered: Elk, Antelope, Mule deer, Whitetail deer, Bear, and Turkey. Dave Garrett has 25 years experience in guiding and outfitting successful hunters in New Mexico and Colorado. Our hunts are fully guided TROPHY hunts on private land. A lake stocked with fish is also available for your enjoyment during down time. Our hunts are fully guided quality hunts, with guaranteed tags, priced fair, and are for free ranging mature animals. Hunters have the opportunity to harvest bull elk in the 300 inch class and many bulls score even higher. Antelope with a score in the 80s have been harvested. Over the past couple years deer grossing near 200 inches were harvested. We also have an abundance of color phase bears. We attempt to take small groups of hunters to give personalized service but can accommodate large groups. All hunts are 2X1 unless prior arrangements are made. 1X1 is available for an additional fee. We also encourage youth and female hunters, as well as family hunts. Non-hunters are also welcome for an additional fee. We also offer hunts for the physically challenged.
Hunting Lodge: We provided lodging in a newly remodeled ranch house, meals, transportation in the field, and trophy preparation. We can accommodate hunters with special dietary needs.
