We have over 9000 acres in Hertford and Bertie Counties along the Roanoke River. This is prime deer habitat with a mix of hardwoods, cutovers, swamp bottoms and pine blocks.

Whitetail Deer Hunts with Northeastern Hunting

North Carolina's Whitetail Deer season runs from early September through December. Northeastern Hunting Outfitters has been practicing strict Wildlife Management for well over a decade now and we are enjoying the benefits! 8 point bucks or better - and each year the deer are more and more impressive!

Northeastern Hunting Outfitters offers Rifle, Archery and Black Powder hunts for Whitetail Deer. We have over 80 stands in productive areas, yet you are welcome to bring your own climber if you like. Don't forget your safety harness! We have everything from metal ladders to free standing towers and tri-pods. Each one is well maintained and strategically placed near food plots or game trails.

Black Bear hunts with Northeastern Hunting

Come to Northeastern Hunting and hunt Whitetail and Black Bear at the same time! There is no additional charge or trophy fee for black bear. The season dates are one week in November and two weeks during December. Those dates fill quickly, so be sure and book early. We have a fair population of nice-size black bear.

Duck Hunting with Northeastern Hunting

There is nothing better than spending an early morning in the flooded timber, the decoys being set and having Echo Pro-staff guide Mike Evans in your group. If the ducks show up your chances of bagging your limit is very good. Mike knows our land very well. He will use experience to weigh weather and wind conditions to put you in the best possible place. Our types of ducks include Teal, Mallards, and Wood Ducks.
