North Carolina Whitetail Deer Hunting
We offer one of the largest deer seasons in the country extending
from early September until January 1. Our state's limit is six deer
per season, which also includes a limit of two deer per day. Some
hunters have taken their limit while hunting with us, while other
hunters have not been as successful. Although we do not guarantee any
kills due to unfortunate situations, our experienced, professional,
and friendly guides will do their best to make your hunting experience
as successful and enjoyable as possible.
Northeastern Hunting's Wildlife Management Program has been in effect
for nine years now and applies to all hunters that hunt in our trophy
area. Only Eight (8) Point bucks or better can be taken in this area.
Our guides and hunters can see progress each year with this program
and we hope this trend continues to produce more and more "trophy
bucks" each year in the future. A number of trophy bucks were taken
last season, and we have no doubt many will be taken this season as
well.
We provide guided hunts using rifle, bow and muzzleloader. We
use our permanent stands exclusively during this season. We currently
have over 80 stands in productive locations for rifle hunting and
encourage you to bring your own climber if you plan to archery hunt.
The stands are all very comfortable and range from metal ladders with
large baskets to free standing towers and tripods. All are safe,
well-positioned, and
maintained. We move the stands from time to time as needed as an aid
in keeping them productive.

North Carolina Bear Hunting
Come to Northeastern Hunting and hunt Whitetail and Black Bear at
the same time! There is no additional charge or trophy fee for
black bear. The season dates are one week in November and two
weeks during December. Those dates fill quickly, so be sure and
book early. We have a fair population of nice-size black bear.

North Carolina Duck Hunting
There is nothing better than spending an early morning in the
flooded timber, the decoys being set and having Echo Pro-staff guide
Mike Evans in your group. If the ducks show up your chances of
bagging your limit is very good. Mike knows our land very well. He
will use experience to weigh weather and wind conditions to put you in
the best possible place. Our types of ducks include
Teal, Mallards, and Wood Ducks. You will enjoy listening to Mike
call. |
