Northstar Hunts offers premier mid-west hunting in Wyoming and South Dakota.  Big game and varmint hunts available for Archery hunters and Rifle hunters, alike.  The majority of our hunts are from South Dakota, but Wyoming is excellent for Antelope hunting. 

South Dakota is legendary for fantastic Pheasant hunts.  Our comfortable lodge provides excellent service, loads of wing-shooting action, well-trained dogs and delicious meals.  It's a top-notch pheasant hunting operation.

Also available in South Dakota is Mule Deer, Whitetail Deer, Coyote and action-packed Prairie Dog hunting.

SD & WY Hunt Details

Archery Antelope Hunts in WY:  Conducted over water tanks or watering holes using double bull blinds.  The first week of August is very good hunting, but beware - it's very hot and that makes for great hunting as the antelope needs water. 

Rifle Antelope Hunts in WY:  Typical spot and stalk hunts - contact us for available dates and arrangements.  Contact us!

SD Whitetail & Mule Deer Hunts:
These are typical hunts conducted from strategically placed stands near bottle necks, water, river crossings, hay fields and the many tree covered draws.  Contact us!

SD Pheasant Hunts:
All inclusive hospitable lodge with meals, dogs and top-notch guides.

SD Prairie Dog Hunts:
For the rifle hunter, there's nothing more exciting than prairie dog hunting.  Hunters have shot out the barrels of their rifles!  Eighteen hundred rounds have been fired in one day, but expect eight hundred in a normal day.  Contact us!

SD Coyote Hunts:  
Another fun shooting experience - hunts are usually done during the coldest part of the season.
