Location: Southern Oregon, Chiloquin, OR.
Crater Lake Buffalo Company is located in the pristine mountain platues
of South Central Oregon on land that was once part of the Klamath Indian
Reservation. The 6800 acre ranch is located next to the Klamath Marsh
National Wildlife Refuge and only 35 miles from Crater Lake National
Park.
Offering: American Bison and Sage Rat -
The bison have been grazing on the native organic meadow grasses since
the mid 1980's. Since their main diet consists of native grasses, they
generally taste better than grain fed and have less fat. The herd
includes bloodlines from Custer State Park, SD and other National park
herds. We have several packages availible. We have cull cow hunts, meat
hunts, and Big Daddy Trophy Bull hunts. Also during the Spring and
Summer you can hone your shooting skills on thousands of Sage Rats!
Accommodations: We offer lodging either
at the ranch or in town, and we offer excellent home cooked meals to our
hunters.
