River Rebel Charters' Captain Randell Bagwell and Captain Joe Bagwell have been fishing the waters of Rhode Island and Southern Mass for over 20 years, and have a great deal of fishing experience and love to share the knowledge with others from the novice to trading tips and stories with the old salts. Come join us for a good day of fishing on the waters of Rhode Island and Southern Mass., you will have a great time and catch fish too. We specialize in charter fishing Narragansett Bay, Newport, Point Judith, Block Island, Cuttyhunk and Martha’s Vineyard for Striped Bass, Bluefish, Flounder, Sea Bass, Sharks, and Tuna. We take a maximum of 4 anglers and for larger parties we are partnered with a network of Charter Captains and boats available to accommodate your party. We also welcome families with children and beginners. Children are always encouraged to try their skills at catching Bass, Scup, Fluke and the almighty fighter of the bay, the Blue fish. All bait & tackle is provided.

Boat - Lodging: We have a 2006 Albin Express - 26ft with a Volvo Diesel 260 HP Range - and all the goodies!
