Location:  Hello, this is Captain Terry. I would like to tell you a little about the hunting and fishing on our ranch located along Coleto Creek.  The ranch is located in DeWitt county, about 25 miles west of Victoria, 20 miles north of Goliad, 20 miles south of Cuero, and 15 miles east of Yorktown. Most of the 1,300-acre ranch has been in the family for over 100 years.

Offering:  Affordable hunting for Whitetail Deer, Wild Turkey, Wild Hog, Dove, Freshwater Fishing and more.  Hunts starting at just $100 per day!  Let us customize a hunting package for your group.  Our cabins sleep up to 12 and we are currently offering great rates for a 2-day hog hunt!

Accommodations:  Just completed 600 sf. hunting lodge with wet bar, cedar walls, tile floors, pool table, TV and all the comforts of home.  Two newly remodeled camp houses. Sleeping room for twelve, BBQ grill and picnic table.  $50 a day per cabin or $10 per person.  Fishing-Catfish & Bass, One mile of Coleto Creek, 4 stock ponds.  $20 a person a day; under 13 free.

Location:  My low fenced ranches (fair chase) are approx. 1 1/2 hr. South of San Antonio, Texas off of Interstate 37, Three Rivers and George West, Texas in Live Oak County. These Ranches are Low Fenced - Fair Chase. I also have High Fenced Ranches located in LaSalle, Webb, McMullen and Dimmitt Counties.

Offering:  Whitetail, Hogs, Javelina, Turkey, Dove, Quail, Exotics, and all Varmints   -  My "SPECIAL" Hunting Package is a Package that I have sold for years. I offer (2) Trophy Bucks for $2,200.00. If for some strange reason you do not harvest (2) Bucks, I will refund $1,000 !! If you only harvest (1) Buck, I will still REFUND $500. Location:  South Texas in Maverick County on 1600 private acres of brush country. 

Offering:  Bowhunting Only hunting for Whitetail Deer, Javelina, Turkey and Wild Hogs.  Maverick County, known for its outstanding whitetail deer hunting, boasts some of the highest game and non-game species in the entire state, including some of the largest trophy deer on record. Semi-guided hunts are conducted year round from our air conditioned bunkhouse. We have year round corn & protein feeders on 1600+ acres of South Texas brush country near El Indio, Texas. During deer season you are allowed 1 buck, 1 doe, 1 Javelina, and 1 turkey per hunt and 1 hog, per day plus varmints. From February through September, you are allowed 1 hog per day and 1 Javelina per hunt plus varmints.

Hunt for just 150 to 200 per day, with very reasonable kill fees. 

Accommodations:  Comfortable lodging is included in the affordable rates, as well as a complete kitchen.  Restaurants are close by.  Casinos and Old Mexico is less than 1/2 hour away.

Offering:  Specializing in Trophy Whitetail Bucks.   The San Roman has been high fenced and under intense game management for the past eighteen years. With over 3,000 acres of South Texas brush and 150 acres of high-protein food plots, the San Roman produces numerous trophy bucks every season. At the San Roman Ranch we pledge to do everything possible to ensure you a safe, successful and enjoyable hunt.

Accommodations:  Lodging is in a clean, comfortable bunkhouse with modern amenities.  The morning meal will be light, then a large brunch will be served when returning from the morning hunt. After your evening hunt, dinner will be cooked outside over an open fire, grilled on mesquite wood.  A variety of Texas-style meals will be served, such as steaks and fajitas.  All servings are plentiful and delicious.

Offering:  Wild Hog - Feral Hog hunting - come hunt South Texas wild hogs in a unique and challenging hunt using trained and experienced dogs. We will take you into the heart of the south Texas brush country to hunt wild hogs in their natural habitat with no high fences or feeders to sit under. We will take you to grain fields where the wild hogs do extensive damage to farmers crops and use dogs to run the hogs down and catch them. Primarily knife hunts but rifle hunts also available. One night hunt $200 per person/ $150 for two or more people. As many hogs as the dogs can catch!

Accommodations:  I provide transportation to and from the fields.  I can set up accommodations at a nearby Best Western in Floresville TX.
