Unit 12 Bulls Caught On Video

100% Fair Chase - No High Fence

100% Fair Chase - No High Fence

The Unit 12 Elk Management Group Inc., would like to thank you for your interest in the trophy elk hunting services we provide. We offer 100% fair chase no high fence hunts on strictly private land ranches that are located in one of the best "High Demand" units in South western New Mexico. We scout all our ranches as early as possible to provide you with the best opportunity to harvest the trophy animal of a lifetime. Since 2005 our private land hunting leases have consistently produced trophy herd bulls in the 350 class and above and several bulls gross scoring well over 370" and in to the 400"s.

High Success with Unit 12 Elk Mgmt Group

This trophy "High Demand" unit is issued a very low number of draw tags for bow and rifle season which results in very little public hunting pressure on the area and the wild life. This has allowed dominant herd bulls to achieve superior horn growth and reach ages of 6 years and above.

We enjoy a very high shot opportunity percentage for bow and rifle season on our private land elk leases. This is due to the continued upgrades of elk enhancement such as the planting of rye grass fields, repairing of water holes, monitoring of game trail cameras, scouting with video cameras, placement of ground blinds and tree stands and most importantly trophy management, (let the 4 year olds walk). This and a very conservative hunting method will and has assured many hunters a hunt for trophy class animals.
