Cherokee Run Hunting Lodge offers the finest southern plantation hunting around! Come to Chesterfield, SC - just an our from Charlotte - and hunt Deer, Easter Wild Turkey and Wild Hog along the banks of the Pee Dee River.
Modeled in Christian values, we strive to give you a quality hunting experience with a warm, welcome environment.
At Cherokee Run, we practice strict game management to insure each hunter the opportunity to harvest a nice deer. Hunters use ladder or box stands, tri-pods or ground blinds near strategic game paths and food plots. The hunting property has a variety of habitat including swamp bottoms, pines, cutovers and hardwoods. Our team is continually improving the property and adding features for our hunting guests.
To evaluate and manage the trophy animals on our properties, digital game cameras are placed on each property throughout the year. The deer and boar captured on camera are then placed on Cherokee Run’s MOST WANTED trophy list. One buck has a 24 inch spread. Accept the challenge, come to Carolina and “Hunt the Run”!
Tom Naumann is the Owner/Operator of Cherokee Run Hunting Lodge. In addition to years of experience as an outfitter and guide, Tom has acquired much more in hunting from the mountains of Appalachia to the plains of Africa. As a Master Sportsman for Christian Sportsmans Fellowship Intl., Tom has ministered through speaking at churches, businesses, and social events. He has also conducted seminars at hunting shows and events. God's Country, Tom's first published book, was inspired by his great passion for the Lord and the outdoors. His second book, Around the Campfire, was released in September 2004.
